MindOverFour This is hard-rock bliss. With a foot in the past and another firmly planted in the present, Electric Priestess capture creepy 70's occult hard-rock (track 1), early Clutch rock-fury (track 2), epic stoner rock (track 3), a progressive and dirty Sabbath stomp (track 4), and a Witchfinder General-like doomy rocker (track 5). But this record is something greater than the sum of its parts, with a heaviness and progressiveness that make it an essential purchase. Favorite track: Electric Priestess.

Sonny92 Although this debut release from Grimsby's Electric Priestess undoubtedly fits into the stoner / doom category, they do something a little different with the genre, utilising influences from bands like The Stooges and Television, rather than the oh-so predictable Sabbath and Electric Wizard fuzzfests of the majority of their contemporaries. Along with excellent musicianship and song-writing this makes for a very satisying mix.

FDJ (Desert Psychlist) Excellent grooves of doomy psych'n'roll fronted by some great guitar and vocals and underpinned with some solid rhythm work.
Highly recommended! Favorite track: Tear us apart.

Soshanna ♥ Hard rocking album with stoner attitude and a great vocalist that sings with clean vocals. Favorite track: A grand tyranny of magnitude.
